About these terms
These terms govern use of Tokkii's website and services, operated by Tokkii LLC, based in New Jersey, United States. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Eligibility and your account
Minimum age: 18 years or older. Service availability: United States only.
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use Tokkii for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
Creator and brand partnerships
Tokkii provides tools for discovery, applications, private communication, video delivery, review, revisions, and reporting. A brand decides which creators to accept and which submissions to approve.
Creators and brands must agree on deliverables, deadlines, revisions, compensation, licensing, ad usage, and any exclusivity before work begins. A displayed offer, approval action, or performance estimate does not by itself define all of those terms. Tokkii is not a party to a separate creator–brand agreement merely because you use the workspace.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You give Tokkii permission to store, process, reproduce, display to authorized recipients, and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you request. This includes generating previews, retaining review history, and sending content to a connected platform when you authorize that action.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded footage, music, people, trademarks, and other materials. You are responsible for lawful disclosures and for any advertising or commercial use you authorize. Separate agreements determine what rights a brand receives; these terms do not automatically transfer ownership of a creator's work to a brand.
Connected platforms and Crosspost
Connecting a third-party account authorizes the permissions you approve. Crosspost sends a creator-confirmed video to the selected Instagram and TikTok accounts. Each platform processes posts separately; one may succeed while the other fails. Timing, availability, visibility, and approval are controlled in part by those platforms, so simultaneous completion is not guaranteed.
Review the destination accounts, content, settings, and disclosures before confirming. Follow the connected platform's terms, music rules, and content policies. Sending approved content to a Meta ad library does not itself launch an ad or spend advertising budget.
Crosspost is a temporary transfer tool, not a backup service. Keep your own originals. Disconnecting Tokkii does not delete posts already published on a third-party platform.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Current Tokkii billing features are sandbox-only: they do not create real charges or bank payouts. Test statements and estimated earnings are not money paid or proof that money is owed. Any future live payment feature must clearly disclose its applicable fees and payment terms before you authorize a charge.
Current commercial, cancellation, and refund terms: Tokkii has not introduced a general cancellation or refund policy. Its built-in payment features are currently sandbox-only and do not collect real payments. Cancellation, payment, and refund arrangements for work agreed directly between a creator and a brand must be agreed by those parties. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Creators and brands remain responsible for the payment arrangements they separately agree. Performance figures can be incomplete or revised and should not be treated as a guaranteed payment calculation.
Acceptable use
Do not upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material; impersonate others; submit content without required permissions; send spam; bypass account restrictions; interfere with security; or access another user's private information. Do not use Tokkii to publish to an account you are not authorized to control.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations, or material violations. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change, fail, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee a brand partnership, content approval, platform approval, audience reach, advertising results, or earnings. Keep copies of important content and agreements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Leaving Tokkii
You can stop using Tokkii, disconnect integrations, or request account and data deletion through the data-deletion page. Deletion does not cancel obligations already incurred under a separate partnership agreement or remove third-party posts. We may retain limited information where legally required or necessary for a legitimate, documented purpose.

Contact support@tokkii.com about these terms or a service dispute. We may update the terms and will provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
